How your CRM can take marketing to the next level

Here at Target Ink, we’ve been talking a lot recently about ‘the digital chain’ and how important it is that the various elements of your marketing work together.

Today, success is never down to just one type of approach and links on your digital chain include SEO, AI and your digital activities.

A key element in your digital marketing mix nowadays should be your CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Today, that isn’t simply where you store a list of your clients – it can assist your business with so much more and should be at the heart of your digital marketing strategy. And, while there are CRMs out there that require a high level of investment, there are also some really quite agile and efficient options available for businesses like yours, at a more reasonable cost.

At a very basic level, your CRM should help you with your business strategy by managing and improving your interactions with customers and prospects, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and, of course, building sales.
